Prices, discounts and benefits

Courses and digital products are discounted from time to time. The discounted price is the minimum possible price for a single purchase of a course or product.

We understand that some of our potential customers have low incomes due to personal reasons or difficult economic situations in different countries. One person a week can take advantage of an extra discount.

To take advantage of it, you need to contact us on the feedback page and ask for the additional discount. We will notify you about the terms and conditions of the discounted access and whether it is available for that week.

What are the guarantees and refund policies?

We guarantee the course content’s quality, but the result depends on your involvement in the lessons’ assignments.

You can also get a refund for the course, but there are a few nuances that we wanted to let you know in advance.

  1. You get access immediately after payment and need a good reason for the claim.
  2. If our analytics system does not detect any evidence of copying content, we will refund your money.
  3. We have never received a refund claim before, so this procedure may encounter some technical problems which could delay the refund, but we will do our best to do so.
  4. In any case, let’s not count on a possible refund, but decide responsibly why and for what reason you want to enrol on a particular course.

We want to make sure that there is as much as possible no discrepancy between your expectations and what we can offer you. To do this, we have made some of our lessons open without registration.

We also allow you to choose one of the closed lessons to look into it and see if it meets your expectations. To do this, you need to send us the course’s name and the lesson you want to access.

We’ll open it up for a few hours and send you the link so you can read it and make an informed decision.

Will there be feedback on the course?

Because our students are in different time zones, we provide feedback asynchronously.

This means that you can ask your questions in a panel below the lesson as they arise, regardless of whether the course author or consultant is currently available. As soon as a problem is posed, a message is displayed to give you an answer as quickly as possible.

If the advisor is online, you will get an answer as soon as possible, if not, they will get one as soon as they are available online.

Some questions may be quite complex and require extensive answers and time to prepare a response.

Do you provide training services for individuals and companies as well?

Yes, our courses can be used for both individual training and training for organisations. However, the format can vary as it makes economic sense for the trainer to attend training events and workgroups in person.

What is included in the course programme?

Each course programme is individual and can include theoretical text, graphics and video information, practical exercises, tests and webinars. You will find details of each course programme in the course description, where you will view the lessons’ content.

What is the amount of self-work in coaching?

Warning: a development strategy is a very individual thing, and you should not expect a coach to do any of the work for you. We will show you how to do it, show you examples and in some cases, give you document templates, assess whether you have done everything correctly and give you feedback. Still, you do the work of filling in the strategy, choosing strategic alternatives, goals and methods of achieving them.

This means that the amount of active independent work is relatively high and differs only according to the degree of your preparation and the required result (type and level of strategy, the scope covered, etc.). But in any case, working on the plan is units or even fractions of a per cent of the effort required to implement the strategy.

So get ready to work hard. Every day. Figuring out a lot of things. Ask questions. Make mistakes and then fix them. We will help and guide you by the hand, but not do everything for you! The aim of the training is for you to learn a key competence for your future.

If you are busy at work 24/7 and can’t spare at least 1-2 hours a day to work in coaching, you’d better prepare yourself, take a holiday or somehow make the necessary time available.

Do you provide certificates of completion at the end of the course?

Yes, a personal certificate of advanced training on the chosen topic is issued at the end of the practice.

Why do I need to understand strategies at all?

There are several reasons.

In our opinion, the ability to plan and evaluate the achievement of the intended goal is one of the few attributes that distinguish sentient beings from the rest of the living world.

Another important reason is that planning is the best way to become proficient in the area you are formulating a strategy. After all, to develop a long-term plan of action, you need a good understanding of what is happening now and how and why it will change in the future.

The third reason is that strategic vision is probably the most deficient competence of today. Lack of professionalism is the scourge of today, and it is increasingly recognised at all levels. Therefore, mastery of rare competencies can set you apart from the crowd.
